My friend, Bruce, said I hadn't been updating, so I thought I'd get my butt in gear. My girls are in school now, so I have free time to start deep cleaning. I moved all the boxes of books out of my meditation room and lined it with bookshelves and now I can see all the book titles for easy reference, and I have more room to meditate. The little room is above my laundry room and approached by a ladder and is at the very tip of the house so it has a peaked ceiling and is very hot in August. I moved a fan in too. It's carpeted and very comfortable, but you can only stand up in the middle, but for sitting in the lotus position it's just fine.
